I graduated in Law from the University of Southampton, stayed on in the UK, and started helping the Vietnamese community with the small things: translating documents, making sense of letters, working out what a visa decision actually meant. Those small questions gradually became real cases with real outcomes. My clients have received visas two working days after biometrics, bought homes in London and Scotland, reunited children with parents after years apart, and obtained British citizenship after more than five years working together. Not every file goes smoothly the first time. Some cases I have had to rework from scratch, and some applications were refused before they eventually succeeded.
